TENOVERSIX offers shipping through FedEx Ground, Standard Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day. Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday - Friday. FedEx Standard Overnight orders must be recieved by 2 PM CST, Monday - Thursday to be received the following business day. FedEx Standard Overnight orders placed on a Friday before 2PM CST will be received the following Monday, excepting holidays.
We will make our best effort to process you order as quicky as possible. Some orders may take up to 72 hours to ship.
TENOVERSIX offers shipping through FedEx for international orders. Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday - Friday. Depending on the destination the delivery time averages 3-10 days with FedEx. In either case international shipping is the responsibility of the customer. FedEx offers a guaranteed and insured level of service. Orders must be received by 2 PM CST, Monday - Thursday to be shipped the following business day.
Please note you may be charged various importation taxes and fees depending on the country to which the order is being shipped. We have no control over this nor do we know which countries charge and how much they charge. If this is of concern to you please research this prior to placing your order.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
In an small effort to save the world, TENOVERSIX reuses boxes and sends your objects in perfectly, imperfect packaging. Recycled is beautiful. Shipping is offered through FedEx Ground and FedEx Standard Overnight.
Returns are accepted on any full price item, within 7 days of receipt of your order for store credit, exchange or refund.
· All returns must be approved by TENOVERSIX.
· Items must be returned in original and unused condition.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
· Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. All sales are final after 7 days.
· All sales are final on any jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, beauty products, gift certificates, and sale merchandise.
· Merchandise purchased at a discounted rate is final sale and the return or exchange will not be accepted.
· Please email email@example.com to process a return.
· For all international orders, returns and exchanges may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties both directions.
All custom, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items or items specified as final sale are non-returnable.
To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, tenover6.com will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange. Please reference your RMA number when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return.
Internet returns may also be made in person to TENOVERSIX within 7 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours of 11-6pm M - F and 12-5pm on Sun.
We will issue you a store credit or you may exchange your item for something new.
